Arwa Khamees Hasan Ghannam…

The most beautiful thing in life is for you to discover your value. To see in the eyes of those you love a reflection of yourself that you’ve never seen before.

Ambition, perseverance, and determination are the winds that keep my ship going.

I love cooking, yes, and I find my purpose in it. I feel elated when I create my own dishes based on my heritage, all of them are very precious and mean the world to me. They represent my identity and preserve my culture as a Palestinian.

This is my talent, my happiness.

Now, I am finally the captain of my ship, and I will keep sailing forward from here on.
